I'd no idea that cosplay was considered to be sexual. That's certainly not something I've heard about.

As for putting it on a CV, I was told ages ago by a recruitment agency to make sure that any hobbies you list are positive and show you to be a well-rounded social team player type person. So if your hobbies are all things you do at home on your own, eg reading, video games, baking, etc, then try to include something that shows you do leave the house and interact with people! I think cosplay is possibly the ultimate in interaction skills ;)
